I use a spreadsheet to calculate costs associated with time and the amount of effort I'll need to put forth in the editing process. I've tried to incorporate fast processes, templates and machine learning into my editing process in order to pass on the cost reduction to my clients.

Generally, digital retouching (if work in photoshop needs to be done, beyond my normal editing in Lightroom) will be an extra. Sometimes the edit will take me 5 min, other times 2 hours so I also spend time calculating this to give the fairest price :)
